The Market People Awards has become an absolute firm favourite of many across the London Market, as it's all about the "people" who make EC3 that special place to work. The event, which is now in its ninth year, is produced and hosted by LMF, the community thought leadership and networking hub for the London Insurance Market. The team at LMF bring their decades of frontline insurance experience to this annual celebration to ensure that it's an evening to remember, not just for the winners but the hundreds of guests.
AN ENTERTAINMENT SPECTACULAR AWAITS
The Market People Awards can way beyond a typical industry awards night by adding a feast of entertainment, all centred around the annual theming. From Polynesian vibes to a Great Gatsby 1930's extravaganza, the Awards night never ceases to excite and sparkle. This year the Awards take on a tantalising 1890's Bohemian Parisienne feel, in the form of our Montmartre Ball.

About the Event
The 9th Market People Awards will take place on Tuesday, 17 June, at the magnificent Guildhall — one of the City of London’s most iconic and historic venues. Over 250 of the City’s leading professionals will come together for an unforgettable evening in the heart of EC3. Inspired by the glamour and theatricality of Moulin Rouge, this year’s celebration promises bold elegance, rich colour and show-stopping spectacle as we honour the very best of the London Market.

Last year we partnered with Support Dogs - an amazing charity where dogs are trained to change the lives of those living with serious illnesses. Our charity for 2026 will be announced in the next few days.
